Cast Party Pictures

You can't take photographs during a performance, even backstage. Here are pep talks given by Lucy and John at the intermission.

Below, Winthrop (Justin Weber) can't wait to march up the ramp and play (think) his Minuet in G with his cornet.

Coming soon. Pictures of the cast party at Lois Stovall's house.

Below are the principle players that made the production really "sing".

Lucy Greene, our fabulous director Betsy Saunders, choreographer supreme
Music Director John Touchton with our orchestra Jackie Walters, our efficient stage manager
Alan Taylor, our lighting specialist
and Rolf Eppinger, our creative set designer.

Music Man -- Earlier Dress rehearsal

First it's makeup time for the kids, and Dan and Aldene
The ladies are demonstrating "One Grecian Urn" and a fountain that goes "Trickle, Trickle, Trickle."
The ladies pantomime the words sung by the quartet, "It's you on my pillow in all of my dreams"
This scene is followed by a brilliant dance "Shipoopi" while the whole cast sings from backstage.
Afterwards, we listen carefully while Lucy gives us notes on our performance.

MUSIC MAN REHEARSAL -- Friday, November 6, 1998

When Mike Weber isn't a salesman, he paints.
Above and below, Bruce is hard at work, when he is not the train conductor.
Above, quartet Marv, Dave A., Rick and Dave G. with professor Hill, Bill Prindle.
Below, Dan Pence as Marcellus taking it easy on the porch.
Rolf Effinger, our chief set designer.
And uh' one, and a two, and a three!
Our two stars --- Marian and Professor Hill.
Here's Jim, our Mayor Shinn ... and below are two pictures of our Iowa ladies.

Below are three of our quartet in our singing duds.
Above, some of our salesman.
Children abound in our production
Above, Heather Jilao as Mrs. Paroo, Justin Weber as Winthrop, and Terry Strand as Marian.
