The Executive Council moves, in recognition of God's loving presence in our lives and to enable Christ Congregational Church, UCC, to continue to be a vital part of the body of Christ, that the congregation approve and authorize the implementation of Phase One, the Primary Needs Option, of the Church's Master Plan at a cost not to exceed 4.75 million dollars.

A congregational affirmation will

· authorize the Building and Design Committee to direct the architects and engineers to proceed with completion of construction drawings, to file the necessary permits, to put the project out to bid, to select the general contractor and such other subcontractors as may be necessary and to supervise the timely and efficient completion of the project;

· authorize the Board of Trustees to sign contracts with a general contractor and such

other contractors as may be necessary to complete the project;

· authorize the Board of Trustees to enter into agreements with lending institutions to

finance the project;

. authorize the relocation process to Marvin Memorial Methodist Church.
