Revision of CCC’s Planned Giving Process

At the Annual Meeting on June 3, 2007, the Endowment Study Group and the Board of Trustees will present to the congregation for approval a Conceptual Plan to revise CCC’s planned giving process and the management of the Endowment Fund, together with amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws that will implement the proposal.  The following opportunities are offered for the congregation to learn more about the Study Group’s recommendations in advance of the Annual Meeting: 

• materials to inform the congregation are posted on this website and can be opened by clicking on the list of documents below; (note that all five documents are relatively short);
• the full text of the proposed amendments also are posted on the Church bulletin Board;
• printed versions of the materials posted on this website are available in the church office; and
• educational sessions conducted by the Endowment Study Group will be held at 9:45 and 11:30 on May 27th.  Handouts will be available.
